The Club House Back Wait Staff is responsible for serving meals to Members in the casual, formal, bar, bistro and private dining rooms. Essential Job Duties: - Delivery of any meal required to Member’s homes. - Assist in clearing and resetting tables, pouring water and serving bread, provided kitchen support (stocking, running food, etc.), and breaking down trays at dish station. - Perform coffee service to aid the servers. Help with making beverages on the cappuccino machine - Assist in setting up and breaking down parties, carts or other tasks; work in the buffet or bar; clear salad plates and fires tables properly. - Provide food and beverage items, as requested. - Stock items in kitchen, dining rooms, wait stations, kitchen wait station, and break room as necessary. - Run food independently. - Safe operation of golf carts.
