Your Opportunity as a Quality Assurance Supervisor The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with the implementation of quality systems and programs to ensure quality and food safety standards meet key performance drivers for the business. This position in Quality will be working across multiple departments that produce a variety of products. The candidate will interface regularly as a resource and quality point of contact with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Operations Management, Engineering, Procurement, corporate Quality, and R&D. This person will educate, train and coach appropriate personnel within the plant on the criticality of GMP, Food Safety, Business risk and Quality Management System activities and give recommendations and guidance to organization management on best practices. Location: 1 Hostess Way, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 (Hostess Manufacturing Plant) Work Arrangements: 100% on-site. 2nd Shift 3pm-11pm Mon-Fri. Flexibility required.
