This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Dune Deck Beach Club, set in Westhampton Beach, New York. Dune Deck Beach Club is seeking seasonal/part time Surf Instructor to join the Outdoor Pursuits Department. This job will be available from May 15 – September 30 2026. The Surfing Instructor works with the Outdoor Pursuits manager to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to the members of Dune Deck Beach Club. This rule is dedicated to providing personal, professional, and enthusiastic surf instruction while maintaining the highest standards of safety and guest care. The Surfing Instructor is responsible for organizing and leading daily surf lessons and excursions, ensuring all activities align with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
