We strive to continually stay on-trend, creating over 200,000 new designs in the last 5 years and 26,000 design modifications yearly. We're currently looking for an ultra-motivated, organized, leadership-driven individual, looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in our fast-paced creative culture. As a TEAM LEAD, this position is responsible for leading our Resort Production Artists to ensure on-time delivery of art to production, as well as the maintenance of standards within each division. This position can be onsite in Detroit Lakes, MN, or hybrid, being onsite two days/week. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with OT as needed.
