Runnings is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Distribution Center Shipping Lead to join our team at the Marshall, MN distribution center. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and dedicated individual who demonstrates strong leadership, professionalism, and a consistent commitment to maintaining high safety standards. This position will assist in supervision of the 2nd shift, typically scheduled four days per week between the hours of 2:30 P.M. and 1:00 A.M. Occasional Friday and/or Saturday hours may be required during peak periods. Hourly Rate of Pay: $21-$24/hour (Depending on Experience) · Controls costs through productivity of personnel, efficient utilization of storage space, and proper protection of stored materials. · Responsible for enforcing Company policies of conduct and safety and initiates corrective action where necessary. · Develops and maintains relationships with freight carriers to ensure on-time deliveries to the Distribution Center. · Directly works with staff on processes and training. · Identifies the causes of product losses and takes appropriate corrective action. · Analyzes current procedures and new ideas to continuously improve productivity and efficien...
