Project Manager / Scrum Master

Job description

The position combines project execution with Scrum Master responsibilities , supporting multiple software development teams . As part of the PMO, you will help ensure consistent delivery practices, contribute to process improvements, and support ongoing Agile maturity across teams. This is an ideal opportunity for a midlevel project manager who has experience running Agile teams, is comfortable managing dependencies and risks, and is looking to grow within a collaborative, fast‑paced‑ technology organization. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Execution: Plan and manage project goals, milestones, and deliverables , ensuring alignment across Product, Technology, and other stakeholders Drive execution of software development initiatives, tracking progress, dependencies, and risks Support Product Management in translating product roadmaps into actionable delivery plans Agile & Scrum Facilitation: Serve as Scrum Master for multiple software development teams Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies , including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives Support participation in Scaled Agile events , including PI Planning , assisting teams with preparation, dependency tra...
