TITLE: HSC Building Manager: JOB SUMMARY: The HSC Building Manager is responsible for the daily management of the Health Science Center including customer service, facility usage and maintenance, supplies and equipment, and supervision of student employees. The HSC Building Manager regularly interacts with the public and supports daily operations such as touring guests and scheduling events. Work is performed with minimal supervision and evaluated based on assignment completion and outcomes, in accordance with University Policies and Procedures. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to: Associate Dean Interprofessional Education & Strategic Initiatives Supervises : Graduate and Undergraduate Student Assistants ESSENTIAL DUTIES - May include, but not limited to the following: Provide leadership, support and strategic direction for areas of responsibility including staff, non-academic programs, and building facilities. Manage HSC budgets for areas of responsibility. Manage scheduling for building tours and events in coordination with academic program leadership.
