We’re growing!! And looking for a passionate, driven, and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Project Manager, Tenant Construction located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario. Compensation: Starting at $80,000.00 annually plus bonus. Job Description: As a Tenant Construction Project Manager, you will operate as a central point of contact between Skyline Retail Asset Management Inc. and Skyline Industrial Asset Management Inc. tenants through the design, permitting, construction, and occupancy phases of tenant improvements and Skyline driven work and complex base building projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that builds meet Skyline standards, regulatory requirements, and landlord obligations, while protecting the integrity of the properties and their systems.
