About the Role: At ExperienceFirst, our guides do more than lead tours — they host experiences. We are looking for exceptional guides in Seville who can create thoughtful, memorable moments for travellers from around the world. Our guides combine deep local knowledge with warmth, intuition, and professionalism to ensure every guest feels welcomed, engaged, and cared for. Rather than delivering scripted tours, our guides curate experiences. They read the room, adapt naturally to each group, and bring the destination to life through conversation, storytelling, and genuine connection.
