We are currently seeking a New Construction Lease-Up Manager to join our team who will support multiple properties in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. Position Summary: Manage new construction property (or properties) for stakeholders by performing duties personally or through direct reports in a floating (as needed) capacity. Quickly assess operating deficiencies, if applicable, at assigned properties and make corrective action plans as needed.
