Sr. Operations Manager - Supercross

Job description

An organized, task oriented and versatile professional that works closely with the Director of Operations to identify, develop, and implement operational elements of the Supercross and SuperMotocross events. The position will oversee advance planning and on-site execution in addition to relationship development and communications with various contractors and venue personnel. Works well in a collaborative, fast paced and fluid environment. Essential Functions: Works with Feld Motorsports teams to build Supercross and SuperMotocross events in multiple NFL/MLB stadiums around the country. While doing so with a keen eye on fiscal responsibility, safety and time management. Management of multiple direct reports to accomplish tasks in a fast paced and evolving environment. Develop and maintain relationships with multiple contractors and venue’s while effectively communicating needs/changes and adjustments to site plans and schedules. Adherence and oversight of spending across multiple departmental budgets. Inspire new ways of thinking and exploring fresh and unique approaches to maximize efficiencies for operational staff.
