RWE Americas, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Finance / Controlling: Remuneration: Exempt The Project M&A team at RWE Americas supports the company’s growth strategy by leading both the acquisition and monetization of utility-scale onshore wind, solar, and storage assets and portfolios across the U.S. and Canada. The team is responsible for sourcing and executing M&A transactions, as well as structuring and leading cash-equity partnerships, divestments, and other strategic capital-recycling initiatives for the company’s development, in-construction, and operating portfolio. The ideal candidate has experience modeling renewable energy project financials, a creative problem-solving mindset, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, all while keeping the "big picture" of RWE's best interests in mind. The Project M&A Utility Scale Director reports directly to the Head of Project M&A Utility Scale, North America for RWE Americas.
