Job Description : Male Support Worker Pay : £15 per hour: Refer a Friend Scheme - £250 awarded (T&C's apply) We are currently recruiting full time, part time and bank Support Workers specialising in high-risk behaviours to support an autistic individual with an intellectual disability in the Frinton-on-Sea area. Please note we are not a recruitment agency. You will be supporting an autistic individual who has an intellectual disability and complex mental health needs. This is a 6:1, 24/7 support package, so we are looking for individuals who are resilient, skilled, and confident in managing risk behaviours. Due to the complexity of this support package, we are particularly interested in applicants who have extensive experience in working with individuals with high-level behavioural needs.
