This role is responsible for driving enrollment growth by actively recruiting and enrolling well-matched students aligned with MNU’s Christ-centered mission. This position blends territory management, consultative sales, and ministry to guide prospective students and families through the full enrollment lifecycle from inquiry to the first day of class. The counselor operates as a trusted advisor, helping students discern both their academic and spiritual fit within a Christ-centered community. Success in this role requires a high level of ownership, strong sales discipline, relational intelligence, and the ability to manage a high-volume recruitment territory while maintaining personalized engagement with each student.
