Job DetailsJob Location: Louisville - Louisville, KY 40299Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: Day Job Summary: Assist Machine and Rental Salesmen and Sales Management with sales and marketing information primarily for Certified Rental. Orchestrate the complete rental order fulfillment process for the sale and rental of these products. Job Responsibilities: Report all calls in a daily call log thoroughly, follow-up on previous days’ activities with customers or rental/sales representatives, provide customers with quotes and pass on any leads to the rental /sales reps. Take Rental Orders from customers and sales representatives and enter in the system Create Rental Contracts Facilitate order fulfillment process by communicating with manufacturers/suppliers Communicate directly with branches and haulers for machine preparation, shipment, and delivery Follow-up invoicing and reconciliation of transactions Ensure proper rental procedures by working with the credit, sales and services departments on a corporate and branch level.
