Overview Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct services to clients and who enjoys the flexibility of working in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. This full-time position will be based at our housing site in Collinsville, IL. The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 an hour. Responsibilities: Provide services where they are most effective—meeting clients in their homes or other community settings. You will offer initial triage and support during crisis situations, ensuring a rapid and grounded response. Utilize the IM-CANS assessment tool to co-create consumer-driven, personalized care plans. You’ll ensure all identified services meet program requirements while serving as a roadmap for the client's specific recovery goals. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs). Your focus will be on education and skill-building to enhance client autonomy and daily living capabilities.
