Worker Type Regular: Job Description: Summary: The Repair Technician III performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Position Responsibilities: Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience) - Primary responsibility is to repair Small Unmanned Arial System products in our SUAS manufacturing facility following released engineering drawings and assembly instructions using our work order system - Assembly and Disassembly of various Line Replaceable Units (LRU) - Mechanical assembly of subassemblies using hand and/or power tools - Final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles - Testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies - Soldering is one of the duties performed in this role - Works with other Repair Technicians and Engineering to correct and improve upon any documents related to the assembly process at the required high quality standard - Working with manufacturing engineers to improve assembly efficiency, improve product quali...
