Job Summary: Manages the operation of the pharmacy department, including responsibility for human resources, cost and financial accountabilities of the department. Supports the director in managing the pharmacy operations. Implements and enforces policies and procedures. Oversees inventory management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
