Nation Security is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Security Field Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction across all operations. Key Responsibilities: - Enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies consistently. - Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor at all times. - Supervise and support security officers in the field, ensuring adherence to post orders and quality performance. - Conduct site inspections and verify accurate completion of reports, logs, and incident documentation. - Respond to and investigate incidents, providing thorough follow-up reports. - Lead by example, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision-making. - Adjust to varying schedules and operational demands to support a 24/7 security environment.
