What impact you’ll make: As a member of the Gas Power Business Operations Aero team, you will be an active contributor to shaping the continuous improvement vision across the Gas Power Aeroderivative Business Line – equipment and services – in accordance with GE Vernova Lean Operating Method. You will translate this vision into goals and strategies resulting in cross-function transformation that delivers year-over-year results. In this role, you will work with senior leaders to assess the current baseline for key S-Q-D-C processes and determine the roadmap to improve using Lean methodologies.
