As the Technical Reviewer II Nutrition and Wellness, you have a strong understanding of the requirements and processes for your assigned program area, with expertise in daily operations end-to-end. The Technical Reviewer II delivers excellent customer service over assigned scheme area/s. Schemes include GMP and product certifications for personal care products, OTC products, and dietary supplements. This individual has a strong attention to detail, excellent time management and technical aptitude. - Performs technical reviews for the assigned certification scheme programs according to NSF and ANSI accreditation body requirements - Responsible for maintaining certification scheme SOPs and applying certification scheme requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant KPIs - Works directly with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of scheme services and provides superior customer service - Support in training of new team members on review procedures - Identifies opportunities for improvements and volunteers to support those - Complies with and enforces all corporate and accreditation requirements, with a high level of integrity - Support the achievement of new accreditations a...
