This is a unique opportunity to design the frameworks that make growth feel clear, fair and achievable, while ensuring we build the capabilities and leadership pipelines needed to thrive long term. Location: based out of any of our BFL offices across the country, with flexibility and working from home available. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to set the frameworks up for success. Open to part time working.
