Introduction The ASML Legal Operations and Strategy Execution Team is part of the global and fast-growing ASML Legal & Compliance (L&C) Department. Our main goals are related to empowering L&C in operating "like a business", driving efficiency and demonstrating performance. We lead the L&C strategy execution and drive the achievement of our goals and the implementation of the team vision. Additionally, it is important for L&C to act as a trusted advisor within the L&C team, enabling the improvement of work culture, teamwork, procedures, tools, and technology, enabling alignment and establishing identity.
