Business Transformation Manager

Role Summary We are looking for a candidate who can connect transformation strategy to real behavioral change, anticipate organizational impacts, and shape narratives that drive alignment, adoption, and confidence across the fund back and middle office eco structure. The ideal candidate is not only an exceptional communicator, but also a forward thinking change leader who anticipates resistance, manages complexity, and helps leaders and staff understand not just what is changing, but why it matters. You should be comfortable working in fast moving environments, leading and coaching staff, advising senior leaders, and managing multiple high impact initiatives with confidence. Working closely with stakeholders across the fund eco system, Investment Operations, Technology, and Risk, the Business Transformation Manager drives project success from design through implementation while enabling operational excellence and future‑ready processes.
