General Summary: Under general supervision this position is responsible for coordinating labor, equipment, materials, trucking and rentals for all construction projects for assigned location to ensure project appropriate resources are allocated. Essential Job Accountabilities: Coordinate project resource needs under the direction of the Construction Manager, Superintendents, Safety, and Equipment departments to ensure project schedule goals are met. Communicate detailed information such as time and specific locations to dispatch resources to jobs in the field to ensure appropriate resources are allocated. Work with the HR, Payroll and craft unions to maintain regulations that the union has established to ensure compliance.
