Job Summary: The General Counsel is the company’s most senior legal leader and a strategic partner to C-Suite. This role sets the legal vision for Energy Solutions and translates that vision into practical strategies that protect the company and accelerate its growth. The General Counsel leads and develops the Legal Team, including the Contracts and Compliance functions, and is accountable for building a high-performing, business-oriented legal organization.
