Responsibilities: - The Registered Nurse performs detailed physical examination of residents on admission and focused examinations based on residents’ health problems and clinical presentation. - The Registered Nurse assesses each resident for physical, psychological, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs. Plans and implements interventions to meet these needs. - The Registered Nurse assists the interdisciplinary team in planning resident care and developing a written plan of care. - The Registered Nurse reviews laboratory and other diagnostic study results.
