Directs the implementation of enterprise laboratory strategies and standards through close collaboration with other enterprise leaders. Provides administrative leadership and acts as the Lab Liaison, maintaining strong collaboration and relationships with Hospital Administration and other applicable business partners, to align with corporate strategies, initiatives, process, and procedures. Ensures peak laboratory operations by driving optimization of resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality in achieving Advocate Health goals and objectives including planning, monitoring, and implementing laboratory operations in a cost effective, quality and service-oriented manner.
