As a Human Resources Director and Business Partner you will: - Oversee HR functions related to operations, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement. - Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on strategic workforce planning and talent management (this is the role of the lead HR person at the entity) - Develop and implement programs, practices and processes that support employee engagement and retention. - Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. - Direct and develop the HR team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management. - Partner with leaders of shared services departments on initiatives related to entity Qualifications Include: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred - 3 years of...
