Description People’s Self-Help Housing (PSHH) is looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician I to maintain and support properties in Paso Robles, CA, including the Chet Dotter Apartments, a 40-unit senior property. In this role, you will be responsible for routine maintenance, handling emergency repairs, and ensuring the properties remain in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will be flexible and ready to respond to after-hour calls when needed.
