Job DetailsJob Location: Ponca City, OK 74601POSITION PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the Maintenance Manger is to oversee the development and implementation of maintenance practices to efficiently maintain the operation of the plant equipment, grounds, building, and production processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Other duties may be assigned. Develop the layout of plant processing lines to facilitate changes or additions to plant operations. Coordinate the planning and construction of plant additions or modifications. Ensure that all safety and regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times. Maintain the compliance with all OSHA regulations. Ensure that the Engineering Department personnel have all of the tools necessary to maintain the facility and processes in a sustaining manner. This is to include knowledge, training, and physical items to be successful Develop and oversee implementation of the Capital and Expense Budget projects. Maintain a working relationship with outside contractors and vendors to ensure that new work proceeds efficiently.
