Engagement Associate University of Arizona Hillel: Role Overview: University of Arizona Hillel is looking for an Engagement Associate to help build a vibrant, high-energy Jewish community at one of the largest campuses in the country. This is a front-line, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives in social settings, builds trust quickly, and naturally connects with a wide range of students. You will spend your time meeting students where they are on campus, in Greek life, at events, and in everyday moments, helping them find their place in Jewish life. The right person brings a strong presence, a relatable and engaging personality, and the ability to connect across different social circles, from highly involved students to those who have never been involved in the Jewish community.
