Job description

Position Summary: As a Manufacturing Lead - Line, you play a crucial role as a lead figure in the department, bridging information from supervisors and upper management to your team. Operating in larger departments and acting as a lead/delegator on the production floor, your focus is on ensuring product quality, meeting customer specifications, and consistently achieving efficiency and productivity targets. In addition to providing hands-on direction to associates, you coordinate tasks, demonstrate job instructions to new hires, and occasionally step in for Assistant Supervisors and Supervisors. 1st Shift Between: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM Pay Rate: $17.50: Duties and Responsibilities: - Support daily production and workflow in the art room. - Operate art room machines and digital printing equipment. - Train and assist new or temporary team members. - Monitor production quality and troubleshoot basic equipment issues. - Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. - Restock supplies and assist with inventory counts. - Communicate with supervisors and other departments to meet production goals. - Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment. - Assist in other areas as needed and a...
