What You Will Do: Astronautics Corporation of America (Astronautics) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Coordinato r to support a broad range of human resources and talent acquisition activities. This position works collaboratively with leaders, hiring managers, employees, and external partners to foster a positive candidate and employee experience while supporting efficient HR operations in recruiting, onboarding, payroll and timekeeping, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This position is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the director of human resources.
