Job description

You'll make a tangible impact on the people of NSW, using your finance and accounting skills to help build a sustainable and thriving transport network for generations to come. In this role, you'll: Partner with central teams across budgeting, asset management, people strategy, financial sustainability and other strategic workstreams to align activities, processes and outputs with Treasury requirements and organisational priorities. Consolidate and analyse program and performance data to produce actionable insights on past outcomes and projected future trajectories, supporting informed executive review and decision‑making. Define and communicate requirements for outcomes‑related data capture and management, collaborating with system owners to embed these into enterprise performance management and reporting systems. Work with divisional teams, functional leads and subject matter experts to develop balanced, credible and structured outcomes reporting, including performance analysis, scorecards and narrative insights.
