Position Overview: The Despatch Consultant is responsible for coordinating the secure handling, tracking, and delivery of visa applications, passports, and supporting documents throughout the visa processing workflow. This role ensures the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of customer applications and courier packages, while maintaining detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments. The consultant liaises with embassies, consulates, and courier services to submit and retrieve documents, reviews application requirements, and ensures that all necessary documentation is collected and processed on time to meet client deadlines.
