The Hair Artist will help foster the salon culture through self-leadership, passion, integrity, creativity, and hospitality. The Hair Artist will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences to all clientele. The Hair Artist provides all hair-related beauty services including cutting, coloring & styling adhering to company pricing and protocols. Rate of Pay: 100% commission, plus gratuity. Commission structure: 40% of service revenue. 10% of product sales. Estimated earnings range: $47-51 per hour based on typical services volume.
