Role description: We are seeking a Project Manager with strong consultancy experience delivering projects for Local Government client s to join our Local Government team. You will manage service delivery and lead a range of housing development and regeneration projects across London and the South-East. You will be responsible for managing project teams delivering regeneration, housing, mixed-use, and new settlement schemes for local authority clients. Experience working within a consultancy environment—specifically for local authorities—is essential. Our current portfolio includes several housing-led mixed-use regeneration projects ranging from 100 to 350 units and construction values of £40m to £385m.
