Your Opportunity We are actively seeking a Designer for our Civic/Commercial Architecture group. Our team provides a full suite of design services for local municipalities throughout NM to meet their communities’ needs and objectives. Our integrated team of professionals assist these communities from grant funding to project ideation and execution that develop lasting long-term relationships throughout the state. The Civic/Commercial Architecture group services all phases of a project including site analysis and planning, conceptual design, securing planning approvals and permits, preparing construction drawings and specifications, and bidding and project management services. Our structure cultivates career growth and provides opportunities as unique as you are. You will work independently to assist clients through the planning and creation of fiscally responsible, award-winning designs. Your experience ensures that you are quite familiar with construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates and building codes.
