Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience working in media, entertainment, or gaming industry in business development and partnerships. - Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. - Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working at a game publisher or platform on content marketing initiatives, creators/influencers, and maintaining business relationships. - Experience with YouTube creation, strategy, and management. - Experience managing end-to-end partnerships. - Experience in and passion for the gaming space. - Understanding of user journeys between in-game experiences and video platforms. - Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure partnership effectiveness.
