Job Title: Assistant Teacher (Infant, Toddler, Preschool, or Float) Organization: Includ(Ed): Location: Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Onsite Reports To: Founding Preschool Director and/or Lead Teacher Pay Range: $21–$23/hour (based on experience and education) Position Overview: The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care, supervision, and learning experiences of children across Includ(Ed)’s Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. This role may be assigned to a specific age group or serve as a float , providing flexible coverage across rooms as needed. Assistant Teachers play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment where all children — including those with disabilities — can learn, grow, and thrive.
