What you’ll do: Job Summary Compliance Subject Matter Expert responsible for ensuring UPS and power converter product designs meet IEC standards and EU regulations (including CE marking). Leads the development of compliance expertise within the team while serving as the technical authority for regulatory requirements, guiding products from concept through certification and market access. Qualifications: Education level required Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field Years and area of experience required Minimum of 8 years of experience in product compliance, certification, or regulatory engineering, preferably with medium voltage power electronics Skills: Technical knowledge Expert knowledge of IEC standards (such as 62040, 62477 or similar), EU regulations, CE marking requirements, and product certification processes. Experience with power electronics products, understanding of EMC/EMI compliance, safety standards.
