Department: 10675 Enterprise Corporate - People & Culture Teammate Safety Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Hybrid position, Ability to travel up to 50% in your geographic area Not be located in the Wake Forest School of Medicine (Winston -Salem) or Charlotte, NC market Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 Serves as technical resource in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of Enterprise-wide teammate health and safety processes and practices by coordinating all elements of the teammate safety program at assigned facilities. Responsible for the oversight of project implementations geared towards the continuous improvement of workers compensation losses and workforce safety. Supports the redesign of workflows that impact high reliability, teammate safety and regulatory compliance. Works closely with executive leadership teams, directors, managers as well as the frontline teammates to reduce workplace hazards and mitigate risk.
