Overview The Caldera Springs Pool & Recreation Lead oversees daily operations at the Quarry Pool & Fitness Center, Forest House Pool & Fitness Center, and Outpost Recreation activities. They rotate locations daily, covering for Recreation Supervisors on their days off. Responsibilities include ensuring guest safety and comfort, managing recreation amenities, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, providing breaks, and directing attendant workflow. They also oversee the Pool & Recreation Team’s performance and assigned duties. They will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. They shall strive to deliver exceptional service to all internal and external guests at all times.
