POSITION SUMMARY: Overall account and client executive, responsible for overall project success from date of award with little to no operational oversight. Leads large/multiple projects and teams, responsible for overall profitability, chargeability, team development and engagement. Leads the preconstruction process from start to finish. Assists in the development of proposals, interviews, and helps lead project pursuits. Responsible for maintaining existing client portfolio. Maintains industry network, participates in community, and professional associations. Accountable for implementation of company initiatives and growing company culture. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Preconstruction, Project Set Up & Planning Responsible for setting up projects for success, develops preconstruction strategy to reduce risk and enhance overall profitability.
