Role Details Hands-on Depot Coordinator role in Bundaberg overseeing daily operations, casual labour and site support, with a clear pathway to Foreman. 37.5 hours per week, with regular overtime in peak season and quieter periods focused on proactive site improvement. - What you'll do - Oversee and assist daily depot operations and provide frontline support within the warehouse - Coordinate and supervise casual labour across peak and non-peak periods - Operate the forklift safely and efficiently while managing truck loading, unloading and stock movement across the site. - Support receiving and dispatch activity, including delivery dockets, pallet transfers and inventory accuracy - Complete stock counts, support monthly stock take activities and maintain accurate paperwork - Drive a strong safety culture by recording hazards, near misses and incidents, and ensuring compliance with site procedures and PPE requirements What You Will Bring: What you’ll love when you join us - First experience in coordinate people on site and support day-to-day operations - Forklift experience and confidence working across loading, unloading and stock movement activities - Strong understanding of site s...
