Address: 151 W 42nd Street Job Family Group: Capital Mrkts Sales & Service Mandate: The mandate of Loan Syndications is to work with members of the Investment Banking and Corporate Banking teams to originate, structure, price, negotiate and syndicate credit facilities for U.S. corporate clients and prospects of Investment & Corporate Banking. The Analyst will support the Loan Syndications team within Debt Capital Solutions. Duties will include: - Preparation of client presentations and marketing materials including: loan market overviews, bank financing credentials, industry/transaction comparables, syndicate analyses, etc. - Management of syndicated loan databases - Review and coordination of all league table data for Corporate Banking - Support the underwriting, syndication and closing of new credit facilities (for M&A and general corporate purposes) including: assistance with preparation of information memorandums and lenders presentations, coordinating the logistics for lenders’ meetings, managing data sites, and liaising with syndicate lenders, borrowers and legal counsel - Assist in the origination, structuring, and pitch to Agent bank facilities - Providing syndicated loan m...
