Job description

Overview As a founding member of the Firm’s AI function, the Practice Support AI Analyst role will play a critical role in the support, adoption, and deployment of Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Harvey) across practice groups. This role requires technical aptitude, curiosity, and a passion for transforming and innovating workflows using AI technology. The Practice Support AI Analyst will provide user support, assist with AI optimization, and help the Firm create innovative AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities: Internal Tracking and Reporting: AI Initiative & End User Support Feedback Collection and Future AI Enhancement - Track and report on AI system usage across the Firm, including but not limited to office usage, practice group usage, and features used.
