The role supports network optimization strategies, capital investment planning, and real estate initiatives aligned to business objectives, cost discipline, and long-term portfolio sustainability. The incumbent plays a fundamental role in consolidating, analyzing, and translating real estate intelligence into clear, decision-ready recommendations. The role includes collaboration with Business Lines and Channel Performance partners in leading network strategy—as well as with Finance, Leasing, Design, Construction, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategy, portfolio insights, and real estate execution. The role supports real estate initiatives across Canadian Banking Retail, International Banking, Canadian Commercial Banking, and Canadian Wealth Management portfolios.
