KEY DUTIES: Lay out and produce lettering and graphic images for signs, vehicle markings, anti-graffiti wraps, stencils, and decals using computerized sign making equipment; transfer to different substrates such as vinyl banner, glass, metals, plastics, or vinyl sheeting to produce finished signs. Follow the Uniform Traffic Control Manual guidelines in the layout and production of regulatory, warning guide and temporary construction signs. Apply fleet markings or wraps on City vehicles or property, install signs inside/outside of City buildings, and apply vinyl glass frosting on City buildings. Install and repair signs such as...
